Challenge
PROFONANPE had been dedicated to preserving Natural Protected Areas for over 27 years until 2020. However, their communication efforts were limited and lacked a clear strategy. As a result, the organization's main objective was to boost brand awareness by publicizing its initiatives across the country, sharing engaging information, and participating in activities that would resonate with its target audience.
Process
I focused on three content pillars:

Educational

Created engaging infographics highlighting the significance of protected areas and ongoing projects

Authored compelling blog posts that spotlighted the accomplishments and experiences of the communities participating in the projects.

Produced and refined videos that effectively communicate the organization's mission and goals.

Inspirational

Worked closely with government agencies to coordinate and promote the "Entrepreneurs by Nature" initiative, which aims to boost environmentally friendly local businesses.

Responsible for overseeing the visual design of the "Carlos Ponce" Awards, which aim to acknowledge environmental leaders in Peru.

Contributed to creating and post-producing video content demonstrating how communities adopt sustainable practices to coexist with nature.
